Since 2005, M3 has nurtured bright graduates with an ambition to make a difference in the property industry through a successful graduate development programme. Every year, we welcome up to six Assistant Project Managers to our team. We have two annual intakes - one in September and one in January.
You’ll receive:

How to apply
Industry experience isn’t necessary, as we’ll support you with all the training you need.
To apply, you’ll need:
- A university degree (or equivalent) in any discipline
- Self-motivation, confidence and resilience
- Strong independent work and team collaboration skills
- Permission to work in the UK (by the time your employment starts)

Our graduates hit the ground running, with exposure to a wealth of projects and responsibilities from day one. Early on, you’ll have the opportunity to lead meetings, work on high-profile projects and learn from experienced specialists. We believe that the best way to learn is by doing, so we encourage our graduates to embrace a hands-on approach.
Fully funded qualifications
We help our graduates to achieve RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) chartership, or an equivalent professional qualification. We’ll support you through every step of this process, funding your studies, exams and professional membership. Plus, we’ll pay for accredited masters degrees for graduates without a RICS accredited degree.
Progress at your pace
At M3, career progression is yours for the taking. We offer extensive personal development support, plus the opportunity to join some of the most complex development projects in the UK. You can sit the RICS qualification as early as 24 months after you begin your role, provided you can demonstrate the relevant skills and experience.
